Description
Have you ever thought about what you would like to do with your future? How are you going to achieve your goals and be a successful individual? This course will introduce students to the skills and strategies helpful in becoming more focused, productive individuals. It emphasizes goal setting, decision-making, time management, and personal characteristics. Students will explore and research college and career options. A professional portfolio will be created that would be beneficial when applying for scholarships, schools or jobs. Students will also become familiar with money management, budgeting and financial literacy. This class will teach valuable skills for the real world.
