*ARCHIVED - This course has not been updated since 2018* Nutrition & Wellness will prepare students to explore different components of wellness which include physical, social, and emotional health. Students will prepare for careers in nutrition and wellness by taking an in-depth look at various types of diets, nutrition information, disease prevention, and physical activity to identify and apply healthy practices for a lifetime of wellness.
